The written agenda
What we will cover, in writing, before we start
A short message before each session lists what we plan to do, in order, with a time for each. You can change it before the session and during it.
- 01
Step 1: 0 to 5 minutes: settling in
We say hello. You can say how the week was in one word, or skip it.
- 02
Step 2: 5 to 15 minutes: your item
The one thing you listed for today. You can say it aloud or put it in the chat.
- 03
Step 3: 15 to 35 minutes: one thing to look at
You choose it from the agenda, and we keep to it. If something else comes up, we write it down for next time.
- 04
Step 4: 35 to 45 minutes: pausing
We stop, and you can say what was useful or leave it. A silence here is fine.
- 05
Step 5: 45 to 50 minutes: ending
We say what is on the next agenda, and it arrives by message the next day.
This is an example. Each agenda is written with you.
Why an agenda
What it is for
You know what is coming
Nothing in the hour is a surprise, and the questions we will ask are listed ahead.
You can prepare your words
Some people write their answers first and read them out. That is fine.
You can change it
Cross out an item, add one, or ask for the order to change. The agenda belongs to you.
Would you like your first agenda?
Write to us, and we send it before the first session.
